We are now seeking a personal assistant who can work extra as needed. Working hours vary between day, evening, and weekend, with some shifts being longer (up to 15 hours).

The client is a 67-year-old woman in Båstad living with MS. She needs support in her daily life, both at home and when she is out on activities. With her, you will become an important part of a functioning everyday life, as you assist with personal care, household chores, and transfers (aids are available, including an electric wheelchair).

We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We would like you to have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally.

We would like you to:

• have a genuine interest in helping others.

• be able to understand and make yourself understood in Swedish.

• be attentive and caring.

• have experience in care and support (this is a plus, but not a requirement).

• have a B driver's license (sometimes you will drive as part of the job).

Employment type: Hourly employment

Scope: Shifts are booked as needed

Working hours: Times are 8:30 AM - 11 PM, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, or 3:30 PM - 11 PM. Weekdays and weekends.

Start date: By agreement

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
