I am a 55-year-old woman who has been in a wheelchair for 13 years and requires assistance every day of the week between 07:00 and 23:00. I manage my own assistance and need 1-3 part-time assistants.

Most shifts are located in Lund, but some are in other locations, which means you need a driver's license and a car to reach the workplace on those occasions. Additionally, driving is included when we are away.

The job as my personal assistant involves being my hands and doing what I would do both physically and at home. This includes intimate tasks and transfers. Laundry, cleaning, shopping, and cooking, etc. I also need help with my dog. Occasionally, I may need assistance for several days in a row during work trips.

I work 75% and lead an active life in my free time, both with training/sports and in my social interactions where you, as an assistant, will accompany me on planned activities.

I am looking for a cheerful and positive person who has the ability to take initiative and enjoys taking responsibility. You should be eager and willing to learn new things to ensure my routines and needs are met. Attention to detail, safety, and being responsible are essential qualities for you.

Employment will vary, so please indicate in your application how much you are interested in working. 25-75% The job also includes work on holidays.

The length of the shifts varies. Most are between 07:00 and 17:00 and some between 07:00 and 23:00.

You will work as the sole assistant for me. I prefer that you are smoke-free, have a driver's license, and access to a car.
