Our client is a woman living in her parental home in Karlskoga. We now need to strengthen our workgroup and are looking for two assistants who want to work with this lovely girl filled with energy.

The client has autism and needs support and help in her daily life. We communicate through speech, body language, pictures, and sign language. On weekdays, she attends a daily activity where the assistant accompanies her; the shifts consist of evening/night including on-call as well as day shifts. During her free time, she enjoys taking walks with her personal assistant, listening to music, and going to the swimming pool.

The role and experience of the assistant

We are looking for assistants who prioritize the client's needs, are attentive, empathetic, and have a positive attitude. You need to be confident in yourself, but the most important thing is that the chemistry works between you, the client, and the family. To work with our client, it is important and required that you as an assistant have knowledge about autism. Preferred experiences and requirements

• Experience in personal assistance.
• Experience with sign language.
• Swedish spoken and written is a requirement.
• Experience with autism is a requirement.
• Driver's license (B) is a requirement.
• You must be able to work in June, July, and August.

Working hours/degree of employment

• Summer schedule part-time 50–80%.
• Extra shifts may occur as needed during absences and sick leave.
• Work shifts during the day, evening, night, with some on-call duty.
• Immediate start for introduction.

• We apply salary according to Fremia. Collective agreement.
