WeMind operates several psychiatric outpatient clinics in Stockholm where we treat all types of specialist psychiatric diagnoses. We are currently looking for a Medical Lead Consultant and senior physician for several clinics and are therefore gathering expressions of interest through this advertisement.

In addition to working as a senior physician in the unit, as a Medical Lead Consultant, you are an important part of the management of the operation together with the unit manager. Together, you form a shared leadership where you particularly work actively with patient safety in the unit, development of medical routines, and development of the operation. You are also part of the medical management group in Stockholm with regular meetings together with the medical manager and other Medical Lead Consultants.

WeMind Psychiatry strives to prioritize patients' needs in all situations. The work is based on evidence-based methods, and we work according to structured yet flexible approaches. The physician's role is central both in the work with psychiatric diagnostics and in the work with evidence-based treatment and regular follow-up. How do we know we are on the right track? We work with measurement-based care. This means that we always follow up on treatment with validated rating scales that we review together with the patient during the visit. This increases the patient's involvement in care and enhances the possibility of individualized treatment, ensuring that it truly adds value for the patient. Follow-up occurs on a digital platform to avoid unnecessary administrative burdens on staff.
