The role of the doctor at WeMind is central to ensuring our patients receive evidence-based care processes and regular follow-ups. We place great emphasis on empirical and evidence-based treatment.

How do we know we are on the right track?We use a computerized system for evaluating care through patient measurements of how our patients feel and develop. Our scientific council is tasked with ensuring that our patients receive the best treatment available today.

Your most important contribution is in the meeting with patients We have well-established routines and administrative staff that enable structured and efficient work for the doctor, freeing up time for your specialist competence to shine. WeMind Kista is a psychiatric outpatient clinic that treats all types of specialist psychiatric diagnoses. You will be offered a varied job where collaboration with other professionals and care neighbors is a central part of your work.

• Licensed physician, specialist in psychiatry

• Experience in several different diagnostic areas and their treatment, including neuropsychiatry

• Interest in working with a focus on evidence and outcomes

You are used to working independently and enjoy taking initiative and developing the work forward. At the same time, you are attentive and value participation and collaboration with other professional groups. You have a positive attitude and find the social work environment and team spirit important.
