We are looking for a district nurse for our fine clinic

We are a driven, committed, and competent group of nurses, many of whom are district nurses. We are now in need of strengthening our team with another colleague.
Therefore, we are looking for an engaged and professional district nurse for our health center!
Djursholms Husläkarmottagning is a well-functioning health center located just a stone's throw from the sea. We are a closely-knit group of doctors, district nurses, nurses, psychologists, foot care specialists, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries who together take care of our approximately 10,000 registered patients.

Job Description:
The work involves all the tasks associated with being a district nurse at a health center, including:
- Performing medical assessments and care interventions
- Supporting and informing patients about health and treatment
- Collaborating with doctors and other healthcare personnel to ensure high-quality care
- Participating in quality development
- Clinic work
- Specialist clinic
- Tele Q
- Home healthcare
The work requires broad competence and independence.
Employment Type:
Permanent employment. Full-time 100%. A probationary period may be applied. Start date by agreement.
Qualifications:
Licensed district nurse with prescribing rights and authorization to work within Swedish healthcare.
Experience working in Swedish healthcare, primary care is an advantage. Good computer skills and experience with the TakeCare journal system are advantageous.
Personal Qualities:
You have good collaboration skills. We are looking for someone who is engaged, driven, values good teamwork, and wants to provide high-quality care. We prefer that you enjoy working with people and have good communication skills.

- Background checks are applied before hiring decisions according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for background checks during employment.
- Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment medical examination, according to applicable directives, which is done through occupational health services before employment.
- In addition to Swedish professional certification, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements are guiding for non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
