About the Company

We are looking for two licensed primary school teachers for a smaller primary school in Falkenberg municipality. The school has small classes, which provides a unique opportunity to build strong relationships and have the conditions to influence each student's learning. The positions are 100% and will start as agreed in January.

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for two licensed primary school teachers who are qualified to teach grades F-3, alternatively for teaching grades 4-6 with qualifications for teaching in the natural sciences. In your role, you will be responsible for teaching in several subjects and work to create an inspiring and structured learning environment. You will plan, implement, and evaluate teaching in line with the curriculum goals and adapt it to the students' needs.

In this role, you will have the chance to use your pedagogical skills to inspire students in their daily learning. You will:

• Plan and implement teaching in collaboration with colleagues.
• Evaluate and develop teaching methods to meet each student's unique needs.
• Be an active relationship builder who communicates effectively with students, colleagues, and guardians.
• Follow the students throughout the school day and support as a playground supervisor, lunch host, and bus supervisor.

Your Profile

We see that you are a confident and clear leader in the classroom with the ability to create good relationships with those around you. You value good collaboration and have good communication skills towards students, colleagues, and guardians. We would like you to have good experience in adapting teaching to the students' different conditions and that you have experience supporting students with special needs to create an inclusive learning environment.

To be considered for this position, we see that you:

• Are a licensed primary school teacher for grades F-3 or 4-6 with qualifications for teaching in natural sciences.
• Have experience teaching in lower and/or middle school.
• Have a driver's license and access to a car to facilitate travel to and from the workplace.
