About Söderlägets Preschool

Söderlägets Preschool is located in Lilla Tjärby just north of Laholm.

The preschool actively works to ensure that all children are known by all adults at the preschool and that all children feel safe with all adults. The preschool consists of 4 departments divided into two different home bases. Collaboration and community are central parts of our working method. At Söderlägets Preschool, everyone has the opportunity to become their best self; children, guardians, and educators!

About the Position

As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for structuring, documenting, and developing the educational work based on the preschool's curriculum together with your work team.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, engaged, and a present educator who wants to be involved in creating a developing, fun, and educational preschool.

We seek someone who has a good ability to see all children and consider their individual circumstances and is willing to share their knowledge and experiences as well as learn from others.

We also place great emphasis on our Language Plan with support material for guidance in our language and knowledge development work.

Are You the One We Are Looking For?

You should have a teaching degree with authorization to work in preschool. We would also like you to have high competence in ICT and experience working on sustainable development. You have a drive to take pedagogical responsibility and, together with the work team, develop the preschool's operations based on each child's unique circumstances. You are positive and have a strong commitment to your profession as well as a willingness to collaborate and develop together with the work team at the preschool.

You will have access to work clothes (for outdoor activities) and a wellness card with many training options in the municipality, or a wellness allowance. You can choose whether you want a computer or an iPad as your own pedagogical working tool.

You are well acquainted with the preschool's mission according to the curriculum and have a good ability to implement our governing documents in both practice and theory. You have a drive to take pedagogical responsibility and, together with the work team, develop the preschool's operations based on each child's unique circumstances. You are positive and have a strong commitment to your profession as well as a willingness to collaborate and develop together with the children and the work team at the preschool. You see opportunities in diversity and variation. You have the ability to communicate, coordinate, and lead. The starting point in your professional practice is with a solution-oriented focus. You should have a good ability to see all children and consider their individual circumstances and be willing to share your knowledge and experiences as well as learn from others.

About the Employment

Number of positions: 1 at 80%

Start date: February 2 or by agreement
