About the role

As an Inbound Replenishment Planner, you will play a key role in Epiroc's global supply chain. You will be responsible for purchasing and planning spare parts from suppliers worldwide, as well as for communication with Epiroc's customer center internationally.

Your main tasks include:
* Ensuring the availability of spare parts through effective orders and supplier collaborations
* Planning and distribution of DO and kits that are picked and packed internally within the distribution center
* Daily work in business systems such as M3, the planning tool GIM, and the communication platform ACIGN
* Close collaboration with other departments within Supply Chain

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:
* Post-secondary education in purchasing, logistics, or equivalent
* Experience in logistics, distribution, and planning is an advantage
* Strong ability to prioritize, coordinate, and take initiative
* A solution-oriented mindset and an eye for improvements
* Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

The position is located in Örebro, Sweden.

About the employment

You will be employed by Jefferson Wells, part of ManpowerGroup, and work as a consultant at Epiroc in Örebro. The assignment begins with a fixed-term employment of six months, with the possibility of extension and continued assignment at Epiroc. The assignment is planned to last at least 12 months with good opportunities for continued collaboration.
