💼 About the role

As a property valuer, you will work with a wide variety of assignments, including valuation and analysis of commercial properties, industrial properties, residential properties, and special properties. A large part of our assignment portfolio also consists of land and building rights valuations as well as, to some extent, legal economic valuations.

You often drive the assignments independently – from client contact and inspections to analysis, calculations, and completed statements – but always have the team as a sounding board.

The role also includes following market developments and analyzing current property transactions.

📍 Your day-to-day with us

The role is varied – some days you are out on site visits, other days you are immersed in analysis work at the office in Örebro. We work with both public and private clients and operate in a geographical area that includes Örebro County, Västmanland County, southern Dalarna, Värmland, and northern parts of Västra Götaland.

The Valuation & Analysis business area consists of just over 40 people in the country. You belong to Region Mitt, with competent colleagues in Örebro, Karlstad, and Norrköping. You report to Dennis French, who is the business manager. This position is full-time and starts by agreement, but tentatively after the summer of 2026.

🎯 Who we are looking for

We believe that you have:

• experience in valuation and analysis work (if you are an authorized property valuer, it is of course an advantage)
• or a relevant university degree in real estate economics, civil engineering, surveying, or similar

And that you:

• have a genuine interest in properties and analysis
• enjoy working independently
• have a B driver's license
