Your new position

You will belong to the Örebro office and work on qualified assignments, e.g., in energy gas, heating, cooling, and water supply. The assignments are often linked to industrial and energy companies and their energy and process system issues.

This includes assignments such as feasibility studies, analyses, investigations, and system and facility design, as well as leading roles in implementation projects, such as project manager or construction manager.

As a project engineer, you will also be responsible for assignments, which means responsibility for both the execution of the assignment and for our business with the client. In your role, you will drive your own assignments independently and lead the work for a project team. You will have access to a large number of competent employees, from young engineers in development to experienced specialists, as resources or sounding boards in your assignments.

At FVB, we strive for a high degree of collaboration, both within and between groups and offices, as well as with external partners. You will thrive with us if you want to contribute to the development of the group, the office, and the company by sharing your knowledge and experiences. Since we are a relatively small office in Örebro with currently 6 employees, we would like you to contribute to our community with an open and inclusive attitude.

Your profile

We are looking for an engineer with at least 5 years of experience in the process industry or energy sector and issues related to heating, cooling, energy gas, or water supply, preferably as a consultant. You thrive in and are driven by having a leading role in projects and find it easy to collaborate with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders. You have a master's or bachelor's degree in engineering or another relevant education that we consider equivalent. You have experience and interest in energy technical or techno-economic calculations. It is an advantage if you have experience from one or more of these areas: production or process facilities for gas (e.g., biogas or hydrogen) or combined heat and power, as well as knowledge in areas such as mechanical design, process and facility dimensioning, and use of CAD tools for technical design and construction.

You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good knowledge of English. A driver's license (B) is required as travel is included in the position.
