About the Position

As a business logistician, you will work in a creative and energy-generating environment, and you will play a central role in securing the company's delivery capacity and business results. You will be responsible for the tactical planning of customer deliveries and serve as the important link between production and the market. The role includes creating balance between supply and demand on a monthly basis and identifying over- or undersupply in inventory and flows.

You will work closely with the marketing department to understand customer needs and integrate these into the overall planning of timber volumes. The role also involves performing analyses, scenario planning, and ongoing improvement work within the supply chain.

A key part of the job is to maintain and coordinate the forecasting process regarding deliveries and sales to our customers, as well as to communicate with both internal and external parties to achieve the best possible business results. You will work according to the company's policies, guidelines, and regulations and support other tasks assigned by the responsible manager.

This is a free job with personal responsibility where you have great opportunities to influence your everyday work. The many contact points internally and externally, as well as being involved in the entire chain from forest to customer, make the work very varied.

The position is a permanent employment with placement at one of our offices in Central Sweden or Götaland. Start date is according to agreement.

About You

We are looking for someone with a relevant post-secondary education or equivalent work experience. You thrive in an environment where multiple processes are handled simultaneously and have good experience in working in a structured and goal-oriented manner.

You have strong collaboration and communication skills, as well as a business-minded approach with good negotiation skills. As a person, you are solution-oriented, meticulous, and analytical, with a good ability to make quick decisions when the situation requires it. You are flexible and have both a strategic and tactical perspective in your work approach.

We are looking for someone who is analytical and has a great ability for practical problem-solving. You are used to handling many issues simultaneously, which requires a structured approach while being able to quickly adapt to changing conditions.

You can easily assess emerging issues from several different perspectives and feel confident in making decisions. You naturally see the dynamics in the timber flow and have a proactive mindset. You have a very high communicative ability and enjoy talking to people.

We place great importance on your personal qualities, and experience in similar jobs is desirable.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
