We at ÖBO Lokaler are a cheerful and engaged team of 17 employees responsible for the management, development, and rental of ÖBO's premises.
You as a person
As a manager with us, you need to have good analytical skills, a personal drive, be strategic in your solutions, and always keep the customer in focus. We believe you are an engaged person who cares about people. You are used to taking responsibility and initiative, and you like to get things done. You are open and curious and appreciate being part of a strong team with good collaboration. You want to develop, both in your work and as a person.

Your role
We are now looking for an outgoing and customer-oriented manager who sees opportunities and challenges in managing and adapting premises in a businesslike manner based on the customer's needs. You want to help develop Örebro as a city by actively working with renting premises to new customers with exciting business ideas. You will work independently but be part of various project groups, which means you must have a good overall view, be easy to collaborate with, and have a positive and outgoing demeanor. You should also be structured and flexible in your working methods and be stable as a person. You must also be able to express yourself easily in both speech and writing.
Examples of tasks and responsibilities include:
- Customer contact with existing customers regarding ongoing management issues
- New and renegotiation of lease agreements
- Involvement in new construction and renovation projects
- Contact with potential customers and showing premises
- A comprehensive management responsibility for the assigned management area
- Participate in various working groups focused on social sustainability

Your qualifications
- Real estate management education or other education deemed equivalent by the employer or several years of work experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
- A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement.
Employment form
Permanent. Start date by agreement.
