At the shores of Lake Lindesjön in beautiful Bergslagen, Linde Maskiner has been operating since 1853. More than half of all heavy trucks manufactured in Europe contain sheet metal components from Linde Maskiner. We work with sheet metal from a few millimeters thick up to 25 mm. We automate press, laser cut, hydraulically press, weld, and assemble.

As a production technician at AB Linde Maskiner, you will have very varied daily tasks. To thrive and succeed in your role, you have a high level of engagement, a positive attitude, and the ability to maintain focus even when faced with challenges in your daily work.

In this role, you will contribute to developing and maintaining our production facility to achieve the best possible results regarding safety, quality, and efficiency. Working on optimizing programs for machining and robots is an important part of your daily routine, and you will support our production staff in handling and troubleshooting machinery. Together, you will also ensure that our equipment is adapted to manufacture products according to specifications and drawings.

You enjoy working on improvements and see alternative solutions, and by keeping yourself updated on new technologies and trends, you help us develop modern methods, tools, and equipment. Your technical knowledge is valuable in our improvement work, and you will participate in various investment projects. You also ensure that everyone has access to information and create close collaborations with operators, other production technicians, the tool department, and project managers.

About You:

Since the role involves daily collaboration and communication with others, you need to be relationship-building, communicative, and have an easy time collaborating at all levels. Your work is characterized by good structure, and you are used to working with many different tasks simultaneously. As a person, you are committed, proactive, and have the ability to take responsibility and drive your work forward.

To succeed in this role, you should have a technical interest and preferably experience from a similar role.

Requirements for the position:

• You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Previous experience of similar tasks

Meritorious if you have experience:

• Knowledge of PLC programming

• Worked as a CNC operator with programming experience of new articles

• Knowledge of laser cutting, pressing, or electronics

• Programming experience

• CAD

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
