We are looking for an experienced specialist in additive manufacturing (AM) for an assignment in an industrial environment. The role is suitable for you who want to combine technical depth with a coaching approach and thrive in the intersection of development, production, and education. You will be an important part of the work to develop components and processes within AM, focusing on ensuring manufacturability, quality, and the right method selection based on requirements and applications.

• Review and analyze design documentation to ensure manufacturability with various AM techniques
• Guide in the selection of suitable AM processes and materials based on requirements and application
• Develop business cases and cost estimates for potential AM components
• Provide advice on build orientation, support strategies, and post-processing to achieve desired quality and tolerances
• Coordinate work for specific components in collaboration with business units and internal and external production partners
• Plan and conduct workshops and further develop training materials within DfAM and AM processes

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, development, or production-related technology
• Documented experience in additive manufacturing (AM), preferably with a focus on metal printing
• Good understanding of CNC technology and/or casting processes
• Technical education in mechanical engineering or equivalent
• Experience with DfAM (Design for Additive Manufacturing)
• Ability to lead and conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge sharing
• Experience in cross-functional work as a project coordinator
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)

• Experience working with metal-based AM processes in production-related contexts
