Möckelngymnasiet is Karlskoga Municipality's upper secondary school. Approximately 900 students study at Möckelngymnasiet, where we offer 12 national upper secondary programs as well as introductory programs. Möckelngymnasiet also has an Adapted Upper Secondary School. Our premises are bright, pleasant, and purpose-built, and we have good access to modern technology and equipment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Do you want to make a difference? Then you might be the right person for this job!

You will participate throughout the student's school day and perform school tasks with the student in collaboration with educators and other teaching assistants.

You support the students in their learning and provide the care and stimulation needed for the school day to function. You work based on the students' needs and conditions.

It is important that you have a low-affect approach and attitude. The work can sometimes be physically and mentally demanding and may involve some personal care, such as assistance during meals, feeding, and help with personal care like toilet visits and showering.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has completed upper secondary education.

You need to have a B driver's license.

You should have documented experience working in an adapted upper secondary school.

It is an advantage if you have training in mobility assistance.

To be suitable for the job, you need to be a confident person who can remain calm in stressful or unfamiliar situations. You should also find it easy to build relationships with those you work for and with. You can work independently but, above all, you can collaborate well with your colleagues.
