The tasks vary depending on the client's needs. You will primarily work with good care, service, and social interaction, but also documentation, planning, certain health and medical tasks, and development work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are now looking for care assistants for Enköping Municipality's home care. We seek individuals who have the ability to understand another person's perspective or situation without taking over their feelings. You are professional in your interactions with clients and relatives, respecting the client's independence, integrity, and dignity. You listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively. In stressful situations, you remain calm, stable, and focused on solutions.

Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities such as teamwork, sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently. You are secure, stable, and have self-awareness. You distinguish between the personal and professional and act in a manner that is appropriate to the situation. You adapt easily to changing circumstances. You see opportunities in change and can quickly adjust your perspective and approach based on what the situation requires.

Care assistant training is a requirement.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required to communicate with our clients and document in our systems.

To work in the various units of home care, a B driver's license and the ability to cycle are required.
