🌿 Welcome to our newly opened care and nursing home Ängegärde, which will open its doors in early 2026.

At Ängegärde, you will help shape the future of care and nursing homes. We combine welfare technology with a strong focus on independence, participation, and quality for our tenants.

Here, care and nursing homes, home care, home health care, and administration come together under one roof, in a smartly designed building focused on collaboration, well-being, and quality. We offer space for 90 tenants and two home care groups – all in an environment where you as an employee have room to grow and make a real difference. At Ängegärde, we use modern technology to facilitate work and enhance the quality of life for our tenants.

Responsibilities

As an employee with us, you make a difference – every day. You provide safe and good care based on each individual's needs, and strengthen the tenant's abilities and resources.

You will:

• Support in daily life – personal care, meals, and social activities.
• Collaborate with relatives and perform everyday tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
• Perform delegated health and medical care tasks.
• Have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge through special representative roles – to further enhance quality. 🌟

We work according to the career pathway model, which means that your tasks are adapted to your level of education – so that you have the right conditions to develop and contribute with your expertise.

A new scheduling model will also be introduced as part of creating a more sustainable and structured work environment. The model is based on the principle of 8+8+8 = 24 hours, where the day is divided into three equally long shifts.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant or trained caregiver and have a genuine interest in working with people and making a difference in their lives.

• Are self-driven and responsible.

Requirements:

• Are a trained nursing assistant and have a protected professional title or service certificate, or trained caregiver.
• Have good computer skills.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Ensure good care.
• Have good collaborative skills and can work with quality awareness.
• Can create trusting relationships.

Meritorious:

• Experience in social documentation.
• Experience in MI and low-arousal approaches.
• Driver's license B.
• Experience working with dementia.
• Experience working with psychiatry.
• Experience working with young people with dementia.

Ängegärde will open for tenants in early 2026. The recruitment for Ängegärde will take place in stages; we will recruit in several rounds over a longer period. If you are not called for an interview now, you may still be considered for the position later.
