The home care service in Partille is now looking for dedicated nursing assistants who want to contribute to our clients having a safe and independent life at home! As a nursing assistant in home care, you play a crucial role in the client's daily life by providing care and support, creating added value, joy, and security.

By starting from the clients' conditions and circumstances, you contribute to an improved quality of life.

In Partille municipality, cleaning services at clients' homes are performed by an external service company, and purchases are handled digitally. This means that you as a nursing assistant have the opportunity to focus on care for our clients. We apply a 37-hour work week for our staff working days and evenings.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant! We would like you to have a driver's license, but if you do not have one and have good experience working in home care or elderly care, you are still warmly welcome to apply. For certain positions, such as in our sheltered housing, a driver's license may be less necessary. If you have work-related experience with people who have substance abuse issues and/or dementia, this is considered an advantage. Social documentation is an important part of the work, which means that you need to be able to express yourself well in the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

Good to know

Provided that you meet the requirements for the position, it is mandatory to undergo a digital language test to ensure competence at the B2 level according to the Council of Europe's standards before the interview. Please note that the process will be interrupted if the language test is not passed. You will need to identify yourself with Bank-ID to take the language test.

Your new workplace

The Health and Care Administration consists of four departments: Assistance and Health, Functional Support, Elderly Care, and Support and Development. The Health and Care Committee is politically responsible for the administration's work. Our operations involve providing care, support, and services to elderly individuals and to those in need of functional support. We also perform certain health care services. The vision is that our efforts should be carried out safely, securely, with dignity, and with influence.

The home care service in Partille is divided into three areas:

• Sävedalen home care
• Central home care
• Björndammen home care.

Regardless of the area, you will become part of a warm, competent, and solution-focused team where we work closely with colleagues and clients. We offer a varied workday!

With us, you will be scheduled to work every other weekend, that is, three out of six weekends during a scheduling period. If you wish to work more weekends than three, you will receive an extra 1000 SEK gross for each worked occasion. One work shift corresponds to one occasion, and you can work a maximum of four extra occasions, as long as you are permanently employed. We do not have split shifts and plan schedules every 6 weeks where there is a basic structure.

Working hours vary between day and evening as well as weekends. Common working hours are 07:00-15:30, 07:00-15:45, 14:00-22:15, 15:30-22:15.
