Special accommodation at Björkängen elderly home, night shifts from 21:00 to 07:00,

Björkängen's SÄBO consists of the following units;

· Sida / Börstorpsgatan 8 A-B

Aspen Blue = 11 residents

Aspen Yellow = 10 residents with a focus on cognitive impairment/psychiatry/younger target group

Linden Green = 11 residents

Linden Red = 10 residents

· Sida Börstorpsgatan 8 E-F

Ekebacken Blue = 10 dementia residents

Ekebacken Green = 11 dementia residents

Short-term care = 10 places for rehabilitation, respite care, palliative care, waiting for SÄBO

You will be part of a team of 6 night staff distributed across Björkängen, 3 per side, together with a night nurse responsible for these 73 individuals.

As night staff, you need to have experience in care work and be able to take responsibility, be independent and secure in your professional role.

We also collaborate with the night patrol, so some in the night team may also serve there and at Krabbängsgården's SÄBO in Moholm as needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for someone who wants an exciting and developing job together with fantastic colleagues! As a nursing assistant, you are responsible for ensuring that the user receives the care and health care as well as the support that the situation requires.

Main tasks: Care work in special accommodation

· Meet the users' individual needs for care and support

· Carry out delegated healthcare interventions according to the Health and Medical Services Act

· Respond to safety alarms

· Document in Lifecare according to the Health and Medical Services Act and the Social Services Act.

· The working method is characterized by an activating/rehabilitative approach where the individual's own knowledge and abilities are prioritized. Training, motivation, and social community are important ingredients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Nursing assistant with good knowledge of person-centered care. It is important that you have a good ability to collaborate with others, as you work in a team with different professional groups. It is also expected that you have good patience, responsibility, and a positive attitude. Knowledge of BPSD and Senior Alert is an advantage.

You work carefully and professionally in collaboration with others in the team and in close contact with the residents. This also means working for good cooperation with other professional groups and relatives. We value your ability to make independent decisions, have good self-awareness, and a good sense of humor.

The work requires good collaboration skills and the ability to adapt to new working conditions.

We want you to be able to communicate verbally and in writing in Swedish.

EMPLOYMENT FORM:

Permanent employment.

As we work to meet desired employment levels, you may receive a higher employment rate where time beyond the basic schedule is worked flexibly based on the needs of the business.
