Welcome to the newly opened care and nursing home Ängegärde.

We are now looking for specialist nursing assistants for the facility opening in early 2026.

At Ängegärde, you will be part of developing the future of care and nursing homes. Here we use welfare technology for our tenants' independence and participation.

Here, care and nursing homes, home care, home health care, and administration come together under one roof, in a smartly designed building focused on collaboration, well-being, and quality. We offer space for 90 tenants and two home care groups – all in an environment where you as an employee have room to grow and make a real difference. At Ängegärde, we use modern technology to facilitate work and enhance the quality of life for our tenants.

Job Responsibilities

As a specialist nursing assistant at Ängegärde, you perform the important task of helping people in their daily lives.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a trained specialist nursing assistant and have a genuine interest in working with people and making a difference in their lives.

Requirements:

• Are a trained specialist nursing assistant with 200 vocational college credits/60 higher education credits relevant to care and nursing of the elderly.
• Protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare/certificate of employment confirming that you were permanently employed as a specialist nursing assistant on July 1, 2023.
• Have experience with dementia, applicable to certain departments.
• Have experience working with psychiatry, applicable to certain departments.
• Have good computer skills.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Ensure good care.
• Have good collaboration skills and can work with quality awareness.
• Can create trusting relationships.

Meritorious:

• Experience in social documentation.
• Experience in MI and low-arousal approach.
• Driving license B.
• Worked with young people with dementia.
