We are looking for a senior project planner for the projects Gothenburg–Borås and Bibana Mölnlycke at the Swedish Transport Administration.

The assignment is a consultancy position based in Gothenburg.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork skills.

The Assignment

As a senior production planner for the New Railway Gothenburg–Borås and Bibana Mölnlycke, you will contribute to the production preparation work ahead of upcoming procurement processes. The role includes, among other things, verification of buildability, development of framework descriptions and structures for schedules, as well as transferring knowledge to employees at the Swedish Transport Administration.

Responsibilities

Verify buildability based on the construction solutions in the system documentation

Develop staging of the facility as part of time and economic follow-up

Project manage consultants and resources during the design of the included technical disciplines

Actively participate in the work of producing framework and technical descriptions (TB) based on system documentation

Develop methods and routines for follow-up

Requirements (Note, mandatory)

University degree of at least 180 credits (120 ECTS) in civil engineering or economics, or other academic education combined with experience that we collectively assess as equivalent.

15 years of relevant work experience in production planning in infrastructure projects, or similar as assessed relevant by the client.

Experience in production planning of construction projects valued over 5 billion SEK.

Experience working with software such as Microstation 2024 or similar for creating visualizations of construction order based on 3D models.

Good level of English in both spoken and written form.

Professional level of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

Driver's license.

Desirable

Good understanding of how production planning can form the basis for good contract management.

Good understanding of how to verify buildability based on provided design.

Good understanding of which areas are particularly important to coordinate with production planning.

Good understanding of how lack of coordination with other technical areas can lead to deviations during the contract.
