Junior Road Designer

About the Role

As a junior road designer, you will primarily work on the design of roads and streets in both small and larger infrastructure projects. You will create drawings and models in a CAD environment, participate in the development of construction documents, and support analyses and technical solutions related to road and land design.

The work is done in close collaboration with experienced colleagues where you gradually build your competence in various tools, methods, and processes. You will gain insight into the entire chain, from early investigations and principle solutions to more detailed design for municipalities and government clients.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on varied assignments within traffic environments, road, and street projects, contributing to practical solutions that truly impact community development.

About You

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in road design who thrives in an environment where you can develop alongside others. Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil engineering, infrastructure, or another relevant field
Strong interest in road design
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious

Driving license B
Experience with AutoCAD/NovaPoint/Civil3D
Previous experience in road design
