About the Position

As a project manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from estimation and planning to final delivery, with a particular focus on locks and door automation. You will oversee different aspects of the project, ensuring that the work follows the plan while maintaining an overview of time, quality, and budget.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing door environments on-site, preparing quotes, following up on projects and invoicing, and coordinating technicians in the field. The role combines technical work with project management and financial responsibility, requiring close collaboration with both customers and the project team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, with the right quality and according to set goals.

We are looking for someone who

Has several years of experience in project management within locks and door environments and is accustomed to driving projects from start to finish, including estimation, budgeting, and follow-up. Alternatively, experience as a security technician for several years is equally valid. You are self-driven, responsible, and enjoy leading projects and people while maintaining a holistic perspective and appreciating collaboration with various stakeholders.
