Job Responsibilities

As a Property Manager, you will be offered a varied, free, and mobile job aimed at providing functional and pleasant homes and premises for our tenants.

Your main task is to independently manage ongoing maintenance and upkeep by addressing reported issues and performing repair work in our properties (approx. 50%). Alongside property maintenance, you will carry out all forms of maintenance and repair work in water supply, drainage, heating, and ventilation systems.

You will meet our tenants daily and be part of the company's outward face, which requires professional customer interaction and service management.

You will be on call every sixth week.

Your Background

We are looking for a team player who is solution-oriented and can drive and plan work forward in a service-oriented manner together with other colleagues, where innovative thinking is encouraged. Since the work is largely event-driven, you need to be flexible and a good planner. To be considered for the position of Property Manager with a focus on HVAC, you should have relevant work experience and basic competence in electricity, energy, and construction. In-depth knowledge/certification in HVAC is required.

Since you will be driving a service vehicle between our properties daily, a valid driver's license (B) is required. You need to be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. Additional languages may be an advantage.

You should have good computer skills and be able to handle commonly used software; knowledge of specific programs for the property industry is an advantage. We use, among others, Vitec Management.
