We are currently looking for an experienced project manager who wants to take a central and strategic role in our community-critical projects within healthcare, social services, and educational facilities.

With us, you will be part of an engaged team consisting of architects, engineers, landscape architects, and lighting designers. Here, you will have the opportunity to contribute with your solid experience while also developing both projects, working methods, and the organization.

About the role

As a project manager, you have overall responsibility for the execution of projects, from early stages to final delivery. You lead, manage, and follow up on projects with a focus on time, economy, quality, and goals. In this role, you are a reliable and business-oriented link between clients, contractors, project teams, and other stakeholders.

The role involves both strategic and operational work where you create clear frameworks, make well-founded decisions, and ensure that the project is driven efficiently and sustainably. You work closely with our internal competencies and coordinate external consultants, contractors, and partners throughout the process.

Who are you

We are looking for someone with at least 10 years of experience as a project manager in construction and who is confident in leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders. You have relevant education, such as a construction engineer, university or civil engineer, or equivalent competence acquired through work experience.

You have good experience in procurement and contract management and are comfortable in developing administrative regulations. You work effortlessly according to the standard agreements used in construction projects, such as AB, ABT, and ABK, and have a good understanding of responsibility, risk, and compensation. BAS-P/U training and experience in cost estimation are advantageous.

You are structured, responsible, and business-driven, with the ability to see both the big picture and details. As a person, you are communicative, trustworthy, and used to driving projects independently. You thrive on responsibility, have clear leadership, and actively contribute to building long-term relationships both internally and externally.

If you have your own network of clients and perhaps experience in running your own business or working in a business-oriented role, we see this as an advantage in the role.
