What do we offer?

The Maintenance Organization - Casting/Machining is now recruiting Maintenance Technicians. Everything will be carried out with maintenance processes according to Value Driven Maintenance as building blocks and is based on the accumulated maintenance experience, new technology, and not least your personal profile.

You are offered to be part of an exciting journey during a construction phase where the focus is on developing your own and your colleagues' competencies within the business areas. You will participate in the various phases of the equipment project where you will receive training, both practical and theoretical. Together with production and the technology organization, manufacturing engineering (ME) and the selected suppliers, we are creating a new factory.

The position is scheduled for 4-shift work.

What will you perform?

For this type of manufacturing process to work, a cross-border and unpretentious collaboration is required with participants in both the project and in a future production and technology organization. The casting process is highly automated and consists of three parts: melting, casting, and machining. Together with the team, you will ensure that production flows as it should by, for example, monitoring machines and ensuring that finished products meet applicable quality requirements.

Maintenance Technicians work to ensure the technical availability of production equipment by performing corrective and preventive maintenance within the electrical/control and mechanical areas. You will also work with functional testing/inspection assignments regarding new production equipment and investigation assignments regarding technical disturbances. There may also be some minor modifications and improvement work in our production equipment.

You and your skills

Requirements for the position:

• Electrical competence. Authorization for low voltage (AL) according to Appendix 1 in ELSÄK-FS 2017:4 or a 2-year Electrical Technical high school or equivalent
• PLC – Siemens TIA portal
• Practical experience from automated production processes
• Driver's license B

Meritorious:

• Experience in maintenance work within casting operations or machining
• Knowledge/experience of TPM/VDM and maintenance systems
• Knowledge/experience of robot programming and/or network and data communication
• Knowledge/experience of hydraulics/pneumatics, media, CNC, AMR
