What a day looks like In the role of Property Caretaker at HSB Östra, you will work both outdoors and indoors, becoming part of a team that manages our clients' properties according to agreements in Norrköping, Söderköping, and Finspång.

Your tasks will include:

• Cleaning stairwells

• Cleaning laundry rooms

• Mowing lawns

• Weeding

• Caring for hedges, bushes, and trees

• Other internal and external maintenance

You as a person We are looking for someone who wants a varied job where you can work physically. We do not require you to know everything about property maintenance, but you need to have an interest and commitment to learn. In the role of property caretaker, you will work closely with both clients and colleagues, so we are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, is service-oriented, and can work both independently and in a team.

To offer a good and safe working environment, you must be at least 18 years old. We prefer that you can work the entire holiday period, weeks 25 – 33. A driver's license (B) is a big plus.
