About the position
In the role of customer service representative, you will be an important part of the team and responsible for handling inquiries from corporate clients. Your main tasks include:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone and email regarding payments, contracts, orders, invoices, fault reports, as well as pricing and transport questions.
- Managing and administering cases in Salesforce.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Representing the company in the customer's first contact and ensuring a positive experience in every interaction.
The position involves working 1-2 days a week during the semesters, with an expectation of full-time work during the summer. Perfect for those who want to gain valuable work experience alongside their studies!
We are looking for someone who
- Is a student with at least 1 year left of your studies.
- Can work 1-2 days a week and full-time during the summer.
- Has previous experience in a service role.
- Is accustomed to working in various systems and has good computer skills.
- Has a complete high school diploma.
- Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English.
- Wants to work 100% physically in the office with your colleagues.

- Responsible, structured, and solution-oriented.
- Good at communicating and enjoys a role with a lot of customer contact and using the phone as a tool.
- Service-oriented and committed to creating a positive customer experience.
- Flexible and used to working in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.

About the workplace
The company is a market leader in cash handling and value transport with a global footprint. Their headquarters is located in Rotebro, in bright and newly renovated premises near the commuter train station. Commuting options are excellent from both Stockholm and Uppsala. For those who drive, free parking and the ability to charge electric cars at no cost are offered.
About 80 employees work at the headquarters, of which 25 are part of the engaged and collaborative customer service team. What we offer
