As a Sales Associate at Eldabutiken, you will work together with our other store in Årsta to increase sales, create the best possible conditions for customers to experience wood-burning stoves, and provide world-class service while delivering a complete stove with installation ready for use. About the store
Our store in Järfälla opened in 2017 with the ambition to become the largest player in the wood-burning stove market in the area north of Stockholm. We are located in the popular HC-huset in the heart of Järfälla. It takes just a few minutes by car from Barkarby, Jakobsberg, Skälby, and Viksjö, and there is plenty of parking available.
Our neighbors operate in everything from kitchens, interior design, beauty, body care, candy, sports, and leisure to dental clinics. In other words, there is a lot of foot traffic and great potential for increased sales.
About you
We are looking for a professional salesperson in retail, preferably with experience in quality goods within the design industry. You have a strong passion for quality, service, and building long-term customer relationships. It is important that you have an eye for marketing and product display and enjoy creatively seeking collaboration with other companies.
In this role, we emphasize social competence, the ability to read people easily, and a willingness to be part of a high-performing team. You will have primary responsibility for the store, and for the right person, there are excellent development opportunities regarding work methods and finances.
Requirements:
· 2+ years of experience in retail with positive sales results
· Experience working towards set goals and sales budgets
· Positive if you have experience reading and measuring house plans
· Excellent communication skills in spoken and written Swedish and English
· Good computer skills (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM, sales systems, etc.)
· You are self-driven, have a high level of energy, and can organize your work on a daily basis
· You can balance sales pressure with the patience to build long-term customer relationships
· You understand the importance and benefits of working as a team and always strive to be an active and inspiring team player

Job responsibilities
Your responsibilities include taking good care of and assisting our customers in the store and writing quotes. We occasionally make home visits to customers, read plans, measure and calculate materials, and guide the customer to the right choice of stove for them. Other tasks related to store operations will also be included.
To succeed, it is important that you have the customer's best interest in mind and maintain a businesslike approach in all situations. You have a high sense of service, the ability to assist all customers, and build long-term relationships. You should have a desire to continually develop, take on your responsibilities, and manage your administrative tasks. Your colleagues will work with the same drive, the same goals, and with shared ambitions to perform.
The position includes the following responsibilities:
· Work to achieve and exceed our goals through increased sales
· Be an active team player in a high-performing retail concept
· Proudly and passionately take care of customers, strive to build long-lasting relationships, and actively work on upselling
· Work on business development and organize in-store activities
· Continuously update and develop sales skills and product knowledge
· Be an ambassador and representative of Eldas brand at all times
· Manage store administration (orders, inventory, delivery)

Duration & working hours
The working hours are full-time, weekdays from 9 AM to 6 PM and every other Saturday from 11 AM to 2 PM.
We apply a 6-month probationary period.
