As a physiotherapist with us at the nursing home, you play a central role in promoting the residents' mobility, independence, and quality of life. The work is varied and takes place in close collaboration with other professionals in the team.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and following up on physiotherapeutic interventions based on the residents' individual needs

• Conducting functional assessments as well as preventive and rehabilitative interventions

• Training and supporting residents to maintain or improve strength, balance, walking, and mobility

• Prescribing, fitting, and following up on assistive devices

• Guiding and educating nursing staff in transfer techniques, ergonomics, and daily rehabilitation

• Participating in teamwork with occupational therapists, nurses, nursing staff, and doctors

• Documenting according to applicable legislation and the organization's routines

• Participating in quality and development work within the organization

We are looking for someone who is engaged, independent, and has a good demeanor as well as an interest in working with elderly people and their rehabilitation.

• Permanent part-time position with percentage according to agreement, also hourly employment if there is interest.

• Working hours during weekdays in the daytime.

We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist with work experience and an interest in elderly care. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy guiding and delegating nursing staff in health and medical tasks and are motivated by creating high-quality care for those who live with us together with your colleagues.

In our homes, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to increase the quality of life for the residents, but you are also the one making assessments regarding assistive devices and making decisions about actions for rehabilitative purposes. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developing tasks. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our network, and you are also part of the HSL team at the facility.
