About the position

Do you want to work with something that truly makes a difference in people's lives? Olivia Personal Assistance is looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant in Stockholm, as a substitute. 

Responsibilities include, for example:

  • Support with daily routines and household chores
  • Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
  • Practical support in everyday activities
  • Social interaction

Working hours vary throughout the day, both weekdays and weekends. If you are flexible with working hours and can start immediately, this is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in people and who thrives in a role where you can contribute with care, commitment, and security. You are attentive, responsible, and flexible, and you find it easy to collaborate with both colleagues and the client.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and how you match the person you work with. Experience in care or personal assistance is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and willingness to do a good job.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in care and support work
  • Flexible to work varying hours on weekdays and weekends

Employment level: Substitute positions, 6-8.

Start date: Interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensation in accordance with collective agreements.

To be employed, you need to have a Bank-ID. Many of our clients also wish for you to have ordered a criminal record extract to present at potential employment. Things to consider before your application:

A prerequisite for starting employment with Olivia is that you can present valid ID and submit a personal certificate as well as any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download a personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. 

To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

About the recruitment process: Your application will be handled by employees at Olivia as well as by the client/user and any relatives, guardians, or others.
