Welcome to a values-driven, important, and enjoyable job caring for people. As a nursing assistant or care worker in home care, you work closely with our customers and help them in their daily lives.

Your main tasks consist of care, support with daily routines, light household chores, medication management, and transfers. You will meet several of our customers in their home environments where they have various needs for assistance.

We are looking for both nursing assistants and care workers.

Qualifications

• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Being able to cycle is a requirement

• A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement.

• Certified nursing assistant is a requirement.

• Previous experience in elderly care is an advantage, and experience in home care specifically is highly meritorious.

About the recruitment process

You will be asked to answer a selection of questions in connection with your application, based on that we can match your application to the specific needs of each operation. Candidates who match the operational requirements profile will be invited to an interview with the operations manager.

If you are called for an interview, you need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden, by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit. Before any employment, an extract from the criminal record must be presented, this is ordered together with valid photo identification.
