Hemstyrkan is one of the first home care services in Stockholm

Hemstyrkan currently provides home care in 10 out of 11 districts in Stockholm City. We operate home care around the clock and currently have 4 locations in Råcksta (Bromma), Axelsberg (Hägersten), Hammarbyhöjden (Johanneshov), and Hjorthagen (Östermalm). We have collective agreements and the company provides work clothes during working hours.

Your role

We are looking for you who are a Care Assistant and who, together with your colleagues, want to make a difference in everyday life so that our clients can safely remain in their homes.

Your work should be characterized by care, quality, and presence.

Your tasks with us will include performing care and service tasks in our clients' homes. The position includes contact person assignments and, to some extent, participation in care planning.

We have high demands for social documentation

Working hours are:

15.45-22.00

The position is on a two-week schedule with work every other weekend

Qualifications

• Protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a Care Assistant
• Driver's license
• Experience cycling and willing to do so in the job
• Have a sense of service, responsibility, and a holistic perspective
• Ability to meet people in different life situations in a professional and respectful manner
• Stress-resistant and calm
• Good command of Swedish in both speech and writing
• Good knowledge of cooking and household management
