About Close Care - Mobile Rehabilitation Team

We conduct successful rehabilitation at special accommodations around Stockholm. We are a dedicated and competent rehabilitation team of a total of 40 people.

We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist for a 100% temporary position, starting from May 2026 to August 2027 (1 year, 3 months). You will work 5 days a week, daytime, Monday to Friday.

Job Description

In your role as an occupational therapist, you will be responsible for assessments, interventions, documentation, MTP, as well as guidance and training of care staff, both independently and in collaboration with colleagues.

You will work on a fixed schedule alongside an experienced and competent physiotherapist colleague at a nursing home in northern Stockholm. You will have a large and wonderful rehabilitation team of about 40 people to turn to for advice.

The mobile team is continuously working on development, and we expect you to find it exciting to develop and enjoy testing new working methods. Together with the rehabilitation team, you will ensure that care is constantly evolving.

You should enjoy that the work is flexible and challenging and work as part of a team in close collaboration with, among others, the rehabilitation team and nursing assistants.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a licensed occupational therapist. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize and lead others. You enjoy mentoring staff in health and medical care issues and are motivated to organize care in the best way together with your colleagues.

Requirements

  • Licensed occupational therapist

  • Driver's license B

  • Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

Desirable

  • Experience working in SÄBO and/or geriatrics

  • Master's degree (not required)
