As a dental hygienist with us, you will work with both preventive and therapeutic dental care – primarily patients with periodontitis. You will shape your workday together with experienced colleagues and have ample opportunity to influence and develop.

You will, among other things:

• Work independently with examinations, supportive treatments, and counseling

• Perform whitening, scanning, and postoperative checks

• Assist in surgery and periodontal operations (if interested)

• Be part of a smaller, close-knit team where we help each other – even with tasks like sterilization and administration

✅ Licensed dental hygienist in Sweden ✅ Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

➕ At least two years of experience as a dental hygienist ➕ Interest in periodontology and surgical treatment

WE Dental is a family-owned, modern clinic in Nacka, founded by two dentists with a clear vision: to create a workplace where people thrive, develop, and stay for a long time.

📅 About the position

• Employment type: Permanent, 80–100 %

• Start: From January 12, 2026, or by agreement

• Working hours: Daytime with at least 1 evening/week until 7 PM

• Salary: 33,000–46,000 SEK + opportunity for commission
