Are you a joy spreader who loves to meet people and provide top-notch service? Then you might be the one we are looking for to join our energetic reception team in the summer of 2026!

Your Role with Us = The Heart of the Resort

The reception is one of our busiest departments, where there is always something to do. Here, you will be the face of the resort and a reliable point for our guests during their stay. Your responsibilities include:

• Check-in and check-out
• Guest service & problem-solving
• Booking activities, bicycles, sauna, etc.
• Information about the resort and all the fantastic things Gotland has to offer

We work with the booking system DL-bookit, but we also use systems like CheckProof, CampTrac, and Salto to provide smooth service – experience is a plus but not a requirement - we will teach you!
