Our client is an established Nordic player in critical infrastructure, operating in areas such as energy and telecommunications. The organization is driving several ongoing modernization initiatives within IT and business systems. The assignment is a long-term rental assignment via Mero.

About the role

In the role of IFS Solution Owner / Functional Lead, you will be responsible for a defined functional area within the client's IFS platform. You have overall responsibility for the solution throughout its lifecycle and act as the primary link between the business, IT, and management.

The work includes requirements specification and analysis, solution design, quality assurance, as well as participation in testing, management, and further development. You ensure that the solution meets the business needs, translates business requirements into functional solutions, and actively contributes to the work of improving and optimizing processes.

The role also involves close collaboration with other functions and stakeholders, as well as participation in the transition to future ERP solutions and platforms. You also contribute to stable operations and secure delivery in management – for example, by being responsible for release/upgrade work and handling more complex incidents together with IT and suppliers.

About you

We would like you to have:

• Several years of experience working with IFS, for example as a Solution Owner, Functional Lead Application Consultant, or similar roles

• Experience working with needs analysis, requirements specification, solution design, and dialogue with the business

• Experience in testing and management work within ERP

• Good communication skills in both spoken and written language
