Your Future

The after-sales department is growing with more contractual customers and this is where you are needed!

In the role of support technician, you will answer questions and assist our contractual customers with the operation and support of existing systems. You will work in a ticket management system and handle a range of cases that vary in scope and complexity. You will be part of a team of about 10 people characterized by good camaraderie and high technical competence.

As a technical customer support technician, you will work with troubleshooting, check and quality assure the installers' work, and ensure correct delivery and performance to the company's customers. You will have the right conditions to succeed in your work, which includes a structured introduction plan over 3 weeks. After that, you will receive ongoing training to build your competence regarding new technology.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of work experience in Sweden in a similar role as a Support Technician.
  • Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.
  • Completed secondary education in areas such as IT, technology, or electrical engineering.
  • Good knowledge of Data and IT; we kindly decline applications from those who do not have this competence.

Meritorious

  • Possess a post-secondary degree in areas such as network technology and/or electrical engineering.
  • Have previously worked in a service profession, preferably within 2nd line support.
  • Have knowledge of IP and/or network technology.

The assignment includes staffing via Kraftsam Recruitment & Staffing with good opportunities to transition into employment with our client. The position is full-time with immediate start.
