To provide the best care to the short-term care's care recipients, we are looking for you who want to do this together with us.

The newly built Haga Park short-term accommodation with 18 single rooms is aimed at care recipients with various medical conditions who need rehabilitation, assessment, respite, recovery, palliative care, and more.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an employee, you will provide support and care in everyday life based on the care recipient's needs, abilities, and wishes, as outlined in an individual implementation plan. This includes assistance and support with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and meal situations. We place great emphasis on a rehabilitative approach to create a meaningful everyday life and security for the care recipients.

If you are a person who enjoys sharing your knowledge and experiences while being open to learning from others, we see that this is a role for you. You collaborate not only with your colleagues in short-term care but also with other professionals such as nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. Daily work includes ongoing documentation, and you actively participate in systematic quality work.

In short-term care, we have a team-based, rehabilitative approach. You have a strong commitment to people and enjoy working by encouraging and supporting the care recipient's abilities based on the individual's conditions. You are attentive and have the ability to adapt to different situations that may arise. Short-term care has a high flow of admissions and discharges, so it is important that you are flexible and can handle a changing pace with varying tasks.

Working hours are night or day, evening, and weekend.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a specialist nursing assistant, nursing assistant, or caregiver. Experience with similar tasks is an advantage.

You always focus on the individual needs of the care recipient. As a person, you are positive, engaged, and unpretentious, have a professional approach towards care recipients, relatives, and colleagues, and you are flexible, meticulous, and attentive.

We work both in groups and independently, so it is important that you function in both contexts and have the ability to take your own initiatives. You have a solution-focused approach and as a colleague, you want to contribute to creating a good working environment with dialogue and participation.

You are aware of the purpose and importance of documentation, reporting, planning, implementation of measures, follow-up, and evaluation against the set goal. You master the Swedish language in speech and writing, have good computer skills since all documentation is managed with the help of IT support. You should be able to receive delegations of health and medical care measures.
