Description

We are looking for nurses to join our wonderful HSL team who can work with us this summer.

We need nurses who work during the day, with evening and weekend shifts included. During evenings and weekends, you will be the only nurse on duty, responsible for the entire municipality, including both residential care and ordinary housing as well as LSS group homes, handling urgent assignments, planned interventions, and providing telephone advice to care staff.

Responsibilities

You will visit patients in their own homes, addressing their individual care needs according to the Health and Medical Services Act. In your role, you will be responsible for your own assessments, carry out and lead health and medical interventions, and manage medication. Documentation is done in the Lifecare system.

Your work will also include mentoring colleagues in medical matters. Within the organization, you will be able to use your skills as a nurse in both qualified care and palliative care.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. We prefer that you have worked for a few years as a nurse, preferably within municipal operations.

We want you to enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. You can work in a structured manner while also being flexible as tasks may vary. It is important that you, as a nurse, feel secure in your professional role, have empathetic abilities, and can prioritize.
