The adult psychiatry area in Kristianstad offers specialist psychiatric care in the northeastern and southeastern municipalities of Skåne. We have a wide geographical spread, but despite this, our operations are characterized by proximity and short decision-making paths. Collaboration and cooperation internally within the area and with other healthcare providers, municipalities, and user organizations are well-functioning and prioritized. Our operations include both outpatient and inpatient care, psychiatric emergency reception, a LARO clinic, and an addiction clinic.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We now welcome ST doctors with placements in Kristianstad and Hässleholm.

As an ST doctor, you will receive:

• Good supervision as a natural part of your work.
• Experienced colleagues with long clinical experience who assist with clinical supervision.
• To be part of interdisciplinary teams with colleagues who have high competence in their fields.
• Weekly joint medical meetings where you have the opportunity for internal training segments and discussions about complex patient cases.
• Good opportunities to participate in various types of development work.
• Twice per semester, meet solely with other ST doctors.
• A small ST library and study room located in Kristianstad.
• Access to local ST training approximately once a month.
• Your own secretary and a private room during clinical service.
• A broad patient clientele that provides extensive knowledge.
• A doctor-friendly management and a pleasant staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed physician with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement. Furthermore, we see that you have completed or are about to complete your general or basic training. Experience working in psychiatry is considered an advantage. Additionally, experience with Melior, Medspeech, and/or Pascal is advantageous.
