We are looking for

a responsible, flexible, and secure care assistant who wants to work both evenings and nights as well as every other weekend. It is a plus if you have experience in evening and night work within care and support and the possibility of becoming fully delegated in Lund Municipality. We want you to have good experience working with individuals with cognitive impairment/dementia.

We care about the whole day and want our evening/night organization to be a natural part of the whole. This means, for example, that you will be involved in team meetings, handovers, working with quality registers, and other joint work at Linehuset.

About the tasks and role

The work involves care work based on the user's wishes and needs as well as delegated tasks according to HSL.

As a care assistant, you will design implementation plans, document in Lifecare, evaluate, and contribute to maintaining good quality in the operations. We follow up on quality in national registers such as the BPSD register, SweDem, and Senior Alert.

In the role of care assistant, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team. You contribute with your knowledge within your professional competence. Through close collaboration with the manager, nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists, as well as others in the team, you will help provide users with meaningful lives where individual needs are at the center.

About the workplace

Linehuset is located in Linero in eastern Lund and consists of two residential units, each with 48 apartments. Each residential unit has six departments, both for individuals with cognitive impairment/dementia and somatic departments.

The garden is in a park-like environment and contains a gazebo and a sensory garden.

We work together for a good work environment, for example, with regular micro-breaks and the opportunity to use our recovery chairs. Our employees are our strength and greatest asset.

The full-time measure for our evening/night organization is 34 hours and 20 minutes per week.
