We are New Home Care Syd AB – a private provider of home care in Kristianstad municipality since 2010.

About the job

With us, you work closely with people – with everything from personal care and service to health and medical tasks on delegation. You document according to our routines, plan your day together with colleagues, and see every person you meet as important.

We work every day between 07:00 and 22:00 – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

We have no night shifts and no shifts that are only weekdays during the day.

📋 Requirements

✅ Language: Fluent Swedish in speech and writing – crucial for communication, documentation, and security.

✅ Driver's license: B driver's license and can drive cars with manual transmission.

✅ Competence: Comfortable receiving delegation (for example, insulin).

✅ Professionalism: Uses the work clothes provided (recognition, hygiene, professionalism).

❌ We are straightforward about what we are looking for. This role may not suit you if you:

✖️ Have difficulty working evenings, weekends, or holidays

✖️ See the job as temporary or just “something for now”. We are not a layover.

✖️ Do not want to take responsibility or avoid delegation
