✅ Capacity ceiling – since our start in 2010, we have had more staff hours than client hours. We do not take in more than we have staffing for – stress is simply not our thing.

About the job

You will work closely with people – providing personal care, service, and health care tasks by delegation.

We operate every day from 07:00 to 22:00 (evenings, weekends, and holidays included). No night shifts.

📍 Location: Kristianstad / Åhus

📆 Start: As soon as we find the right person (maybe you?)

🛎️ Position: Permanent and as needed

🕒 Scope: Desired employment rate, at least 50%

📋 Who we are looking for

We are not looking for superheroes – we are looking for people with heart, responsibility, and team spirit.

✅ Swedish spoken and written – you speak and write Swedish fluently. This is crucial for clients to feel safe and for you to document correctly.

✅ Responsible and secure – you can accept delegation for medications and other health care tasks.

✅ Team player – you enjoy structure, work attire, and working in a team where everyone supports each other.

➕ Education – if you are a nursing assistant, that’s a plus, but we also welcome you with other experience or the right attitude.

➕ Driver's license – an advantage since we have both cars (manual), electric cars with automatic transmission, e-bikes, and regular bicycles. But it is not a requirement.

❌ This job is not for you if you just want “something for now,” do not want to work evenings or weekends, or do not like responsibility. We are looking for someone who wants to stay, develop, and actually enjoy their work.
