Your mission

We are now looking for a resource teacher for our school for a fixed-term employment until mid-June, with the possibility of extension if the needs of the operation persist. The position suits you who thrive in a varied and flexible role and who, with confidence and commitment, want to contribute where the need is greatest.

As a resource teacher with us, you work across the entire operation and the assignment may vary from day to day. The role does not include overall responsibility for teaching, but it may involve stepping in and conducting teaching in a full class or in smaller groups based on a teacher's planning when needed. The assignment may also involve supporting students in the classroom together with teachers, working in after-school care, or contributing to preschool activities. The work is guided by the needs of the operation and requires that you can quickly adapt, take responsibility, and step in as a clear and safe adult in various contexts.

We are looking for someone who has basic experience working in a school or similar environment. This could involve having taught and enjoying leading student groups, but also experience from, for example, sports, associations, or other activities where leadership and working with children and youth have been a natural part of the assignment. Equally important as formal background is that you have the personal qualities required to work with children and that you see them, meet them with respect, and can provide safety, structure, and support in everyday life.

Meritorious:

• Experience working in after-school care or within schools, preschools.
• Experience providing pedagogical support in teaching during school hours.
• Competence in sports, mathematics, music, creative activities, or outdoor life.
• Experience working in a smaller, family-oriented school where collaboration and safety are in focus.

Other

The position is a fixed-term assignment full-time (100%) during the period January – June 12, 2026. It is a holiday position with start date by agreement. Upon employment, you will need to submit a criminal record certificate as proof.
