Color Mixer Wanted at Syntema

We are now looking for a color mixer who wants to contribute to creating fantastic results and providing Syntema's customers with the best possible service.

About the Role

As a color mixer, you will work with mixing colors for wood and metal products. You will be a central part of the production where quality and precision are crucial for achieving the best results. Your main task will be to carefully mix and adjust colors according to the customer's specific requests.

In addition to mixing colors, your workday will vary in terms of; order management, picking products, and deliveries to customers. You will be part of a small work team of 3 people where collaboration and communication are important. You will also have close contact with customers to ensure they get exactly what they need.

We are looking for someone who:

• has work experience, preferably from a paint shop or similar business.
• has a driver's license B
• speaks Swedish fluently

As a person, you are:

• meticulous and have an eye for detail, as color orders require precision.
• proactive and capable of making decisions when needed.
• social and easily build good relationships with both colleagues and customers.
• able to handle stress and manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.

Conditions

Employment type: Permanent with Syntema, with an initial probationary period.
Workplace: Stockholm (Älvsjö).
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00 (Fridays until 14:00).
Start: Immediately
