The consulting services offered are primarily within commercial real estate projects and urban development projects where SVQ has accumulated expertise. Project development is at the core of the business. From initial product development and planning to implementation and occupancy, SVQ helps its clients maximize project opportunities. SVQ focuses on commercial properties, with particular emphasis on areas such as community properties, warehouses and logistics, light industry, and car dealerships.

SVQ is growing and continuing to build a strong consulting team within project development/project management. The focus is on quality in deliveries and long-term relationships with the company's clients, who are primarily real estate companies. To strengthen the existing organization, we are looking for a Project Manager.

Responsibilities 

In the role of project manager, you will drive, together with other colleagues, the development related to the property side where you independently lead real estate projects for clients from concept to completion. You will participate in early stages with calculations and product design in close dialogue with the client, tenant, architect, and ensure optimization of the developed concepts. You will ensure the economy of the projects alongside thorough quality monitoring. The role also includes a high market presence to bring new projects to the organization.

Tasks 

As a project manager, you have a large and broad responsibility including: 

• Independently leading real estate projects for clients
• Project management of real estate projects from concept to completed occupied building 
• Early product design in collaboration with the client, tenant, and architect, development and optimization of developed concepts
• Leading the work of producing drawings, tender documents, procurement of contractors 
• Financial monitoring of projects and reporting internally and to clients 
• Leading the work of quality monitoring of contracted contractors 
• Leading and participating in construction, design, and coordination meetings during the production phase 
• Contacting authorities to ensure necessary building permits and approvals required for the progress of projects. 

Knowledge and Experience 

• You have an academic degree, preferably a Master of Science in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• You have at least 5 years of experience as a project manager in project development and/or implementation.
• You have good knowledge of contract law and economics and possess good negotiation skills.
• A driver's license is a requirement for the position.
