Your tasks

• Train and certify workshop personnel at SKT's partners
• Follow up and renew certifications as needed
• Perform warranty assessments and handle warranty cases
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with project managers, sales teams, and partners
• Plan and conduct visits to workshops and customers
• Contribute to the development of SKT's aftermarket work and processes

Worth knowing

You will be part of SKT's central aftermarket team that supports regional aftermarket organizations across Sweden. The team consists of six people with technical and construction-related backgrounds, and the collaboration is close and unpretentious.

The position involves travel across the country, primarily day trips but also about 4-5 overnight stays per month. You plan your own visits and priorities and participate in weekly planning meetings. The placement is at the office in Täby, Stockholm.

Our expectations

We are looking for someone with solid technical expertise and experience in aftermarket, service, or technical support – preferably as a service technician or technical trainer. Equally important are your personal qualities and your ability to work independently and build relationships.

You are confident, proactive, and used to making your own decisions. You handle changes and reprioritizations in a structured way and collaborate well with both internal and external contacts.

You communicate clearly and pedagogically and have an easy time building trust, even in technically complex or challenging situations such as warranty issues. Your pedagogical flair makes you enjoy training and supporting others.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Good knowledge of electricity (low voltage) and hydraulics/pump technology
• Ability to speak and understand technical English
• Experience in customer contact and training (meritorious)
• Driving license B
