About the position

We at Perido are now looking for an experienced designer for our client – an established community development actor with operations in construction, installation, infrastructure, sustainability, and project management. To meet a continued high demand, they are now strengthening their team with a senior designer focused on water supply, stormwater, or geotechnics. In this role, you will be a key person in the projects and work closely with colleagues who have high expertise in land, water supply, streets, and detailed planning. You will contribute your specialist knowledge throughout the project process, from early stages to completed documents, and are expected to take significant personal responsibility in both technical and coordinating matters.

Your qualities

To succeed in the role of designer, we see that you have a well-developed analytical approach and a solid understanding of how to develop long-term sustainable and technically sound solutions. You work in a structured and methodical way with high accuracy, while also having the ability to lift your gaze and see the bigger picture and understand the overarching goals and context of the projects.

The role requires an independent working style and a high degree of personal responsibility, but also good collaboration skills in interdisciplinary teams and in dialogue with clients and other stakeholders. You are confident in your communication, attentive to the needs of the business and the projects, and actively contribute to well-functioning collaborations. Furthermore, you thrive in a dynamic environment with parallel assignments, where you are expected to contribute both your specialist competence and your experience to drive projects and develop the team's working methods.

Qualifications:

• Relevant educational background
• Several years of experience in stormwater investigations
